Commedia dell’arte is connected to the arts of the Medieval jesters.
It flourished in Venezia in the first half of the 16 century and it expanded in Italy and in Europe through the companies of the Gelosi, Confidenti and Uniti.
Sabrina Proietti was born in Rome in 1971.
The pursuing of the fine arts was the best venue of expression for her innate sensitivity and creativity.
In 1990, she obtained her Infant Childcare degree and became a specialized educator for daycare centers (0/3 years).
She attended several courses in drawing, painting, illustration and pottery decoration, but to this day, she defines herself a self-taught.
In 2015, she created “Once upon a time Sabrina Proietti Publishing House” and became editor, creator and illustrator of children’s books (0-6 years).
Her motto is “The heart is always right” (Erasmus of Rotterdam).
